Wedding Package Information

If you want to be a Eureka Springs Bride let us help you plan the wedding of your dreams in our Little Glass Chapel… Spring, Summer, Winter or Fall. The Little Glass Chapel is perched on the water’s edge of a pond and features a full panoramic view of nature in all her splendor. The stone fireplace adds warmth to any season.

In the Flower Garden Park, you will find many romantic locations to enhance your special day. Picture yourself in a lovely white garden gazebo, on a natural stone staircase above a beautiful rock garden, or under our romantic heart shaped arch in the center of a small flower garden.

Our Garden Gazebo Reception Building is decorated with white lattice, toile, flowers, candles, and features an impressionist-style mural of a garden scene as a backdrop for your reception table (what beautiful photos!). French doors open onto a large gazebo style deck, decorated with large ferns and seasonal flowers. Tiny twinkle lights completely surround the outdoor decks, which make late evening receptions romantically perfect.

Little Glass Chapel Packages

Short Wedding Package – in the Chapel – From two to ten people – Begins at $400.00

The Little Glass Chapel is fully decorated with flowers, pew bows and candelabras. You may also use the fireplace in season. Your guests will listen to soothing classical music while waiting for you to walk down the aisle to a traditional wedding march or music of your choice. Pictures of candid shots of your wedding are complimentary that you can e-mail friends and family if you wish. If you desire formal wedding photos, we will provide a referral for a professional photographer upon request. You will also receive gifts of champagne or non-alcoholic wine and crystal keepsake toasting glasses. At Red Bud Valley, we use only ordained ministers to perform our ceremonies.

We specialize in small weddings parties of 2 to 10 people; however, we can accommodate up to 50.

For a Short Package Chapel Wedding, an additional fee of $3.50 per person will be charged for parties over 10 (not including the bride and groom).

Full Wedding Package – in the Chapel – From two to ten people – Begins at $795.00

In addition to everything included in the short wedding package in the Chapel, you will also receive a fresh flower Bridal bouquet and a Groom’s boutonniere (to match your wedding colors). Pictures of candid shots of your wedding. Your wedding party will then retire to your reception in our Garden Gazebo Building. Your reception will include a beautiful traditional two tiered wedding cake (also with your colors); mints, coordinated napkins, coffee and punch with silver service. Our Wedding Coordinator or Assistant will serve as your hostess. Ask about our extensive catering menu, with items ranging from vegetable and cheese platters to a variety of finger-sandwiches and much, much more. Your food will be displayed on beautiful crystal and/or silver serving platters.

Garden Park Packages

Short Package in the Garden Park for up to ten people is $300.00 with pictures

You will have your choice of one of our many beautiful locations in our Garden Park. Includes the Minster, a gift bag with your choice of a bottle of Champagne or non-alcoholic beverage and two keep-sake crystal toasting glasses.

Full Packages in the Garden Park begin at $695.00

You will have your choice of one of our many beautiful locations in our Garden Park. You will also receive a fresh flower Bridal bouquet and a Groom’s boutonniere (to match your wedding colors). We will provide a disc of candid shots of your wedding that you can e-mail friends and family if you wish. Your wedding party will then retire to your reception in our Garden Gazebo Building. Our Wedding Coordinator or Assistant will serve as your hostess. Rainy Day Blues

In the event it looks like the weather will prevent a garden wedding, one of the covered porches of the Garden Gazebo Building, or our lovely office porch, can be used. If you wish to upgrade to a chapel wedding, the additional cost is $100 payable before the ceremony commences. Please come to our office to confirm these last minute changes. Keep smiling. Rainy days are good days to snuggle and for everything there is a season.

To be married in the state of Arkansas, you are required to have an Arkansas marriage license. No waiting period or blood test is required. You may purchase a license at our courthouse in Eureka Springs. The cost is $58.00 (cash only). It is open until 12:00 P.M. on Saturdays. Call 479-253-8646 for more information.
