Package Price List
Wedding Services Agreement
(VERY
IMPORTANT INFORMATION)
We know that planning a wedding is an exciting and special
time in your life. Please allow our professional wedding staff
to assist you in planning of this memorable event.
Wedding Packages – We
specialize in small weddings with or without receptions. Wedding
package prices are based on ten persons, not including the Bride
and Groom, or children five years of age and under. There will
be a $7.00 per person additional charge for more than
10 guests on full packages and
$3.50 on short package chapel weddings. In the unfortunate event
of inclement weather, a garden wedding would need to be either
upgraded to a chapel wedding or moved to the Garden Gazebo
Building (if available).
Our Garden Gazebo Building
has a large outdoor deck and is beautifully decorated. It is
located on the mountain ridge directly above the resort (on
premises). We will be happy to recommend photographers, musical
talent and other services to complete your reception.
Food and Beverages –
We offer a wide variety of hors d’oeurves and menu combinations
on our catering list. If you don’t have the list, please ask.
To ensure that every detail is handled in a professional manner,
the catering department requires your menu selections and
specific requests to be finalized no
later than
14 days prior to your
event. Red Bud Valley is the sole provider of all food and
beverages served in the reception facilities. Food or beverages
may NOT be brought into or removed from the reception facilities
without prior approval.
Guarantee – The number
of guaranteed attendees is due by 5:00 p.m.,
14 days
prior to the event. You
will be charged the guaranteed number, or the number of persons
actually served whichever is greater.
Deposit & Payment – A
deposit of one-half of your estimated charges for the wedding and
catering will be due within
10 days
of making your reservation if
paying by check or same day paying with credit card. Red
Bud Valley Resort accepts Visa, Master Card, Cashier’s Check or
Cash. We do accept checks for your
deposit, BUT ONLY IF IT IS RECEIVED AT LEAST THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO
YOUR EVENT. Final payment of
the balance due must be received no later than 14 days prior to your event.
Sorry, we do NOT accept
checks for final payment.
Taxes & Gratuity –
Wedding and Catering charges are subject to 6.5% AR sales tax. A
15% Gratuity is charged on all full package weddings.
Cancellation Policy –
If it becomes necessary to cancel your wedding, you will be
charged based on the following:

Notification 30 days
or more prior to
event – 25% of Deposit
·
Notification 21-29
days prior - 50% of Deposit
·
Notification 14 – 20
days prior - 100% of Deposit
